Often referred to as the "Flair Bird," it was the second year of the fourth-generation model and introduced several landmark features to the personal luxury segment, including standard front disc brakes and iconic sequential rear turn signals. 1 of 6,850 Convertibles manufactured in 1965. Equipped with the original 390CI 4 barrel and 3 speed Cruise-o-matic transmission. Driver quality car that has had lots of recent mechanical work and is showing just under 59K miles on the odometer. Power steering, power disc brakes and power windows. Blue paint in overall good condition with imperfections as shown with white power top in excellent condition that folds into the trunk. White vinyl bucket seat interior in very good condition with no rips or tears on the seats. Some minor cracking on the dash and armrests as shown. Full console with storage. Recent work includes newer Holly 4 barrel carb, new water pump, rebuilt transmission, new power window motors, new exhaust and manifolds, new brakes, rotors and leaf springs.
